Who We Are

Wind of Change Nutrition offers personal consultations and assessments of nutrition and lifestyle to individuals as well as providing group counselling and workshops/ seminars to progressive-thinking organizations.

We operate under the premise that prevention is the key to optimal healthy living. In a society where stress has become second nature, it is difficult (not to say more expensive) to always make the right choices. Coming from the corporate world myself, I am aware of the hectic schedules, deadlines and long hours forcing most of us to make unwise food choices. Therefore, we developed solutions and easy to apply strategies to help our clients succeed in achieving their health goals.

Nutritional Consulting

Choosing to embark on a nutritional consulting program will help you understand what your body is trying to tell you through a variety of symptoms you may be experiencing.

Instead of recommending a pill to cover up a symptom, nutritional consulting aims to get to the root cause of the problem and to support healing from the inside out. This process may take weeks or sometimes months, as the body needs time to heal and return to a state of balance. But once it does, you will have undergone a thorough transformation not only on a physical level, but also mental and emotional, since body, mind and emotions are always intertwined.


Initial Session: Health History and Assessment
(1 to 1.5 hrs)

We will review your:

  • Diet, lifestyle, exercise routine

  • Overall course of action
  • Preliminary Bio-Energetic Testing (main organs)

Second Session: Nutritional Protocol Outline
(45 min.)

With information gathered from your health evaluation profile, the NutriBody questionnaire, the food diary and the other forms you have completed, the first steps of your individualized wellness plan will be outlined.

This includes:
  • Discussion of possible root causes
  • Personalized supplement program
  • Diet and lifestyle recommendations
Cost: $75.00
 

 


Live Blood Cell Analysis(30 min to 1 hr)

Many nutritional deficiencies, biochemical imbalances or toxicities can be detected by Darkfield Microscopy long before routine lab tests show any real problems. Early nutritional intervention through dietary changes and supplementation can and will reverse the damage and bring your body back into balance.
Cost: $85.00 (see extended pricing list under Live Blood Cell Analysis tab)
           
Best Investment: $175.00 (when combined with Nutritional Assessment)

 


Follow Up Appointments(30 min)

Follow up appointments are recommended every 4-6 weeks - depending on your personal situation - to evaluate your progress, to address any issues that may arise during the course of the protocol including your level of comfort with the components of the program (especially important in detoxification) and to ensure compliance.
